Smoked Salmon Tartine with Dill and Caper Mayo

Ingredients

  • 4 thick slices sourdough bread
  • Smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 radishes, thinly sliced on a mandolin
  • Micro greens, such as micro kale
  • FOR THE SAUCE:
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp. capers, drained
  • Zest of 1 small lemon

Directions

  1. Begin by making the sauce. In a small food processor blend together the mayo, dill, capers and lemon zest until fully combined but slightly chunky. Set aside.

  2. Toast or broil the bread until lightly brown and crunchy.

  3. To assemble the tartines smear a good amount of the sauce on one side of each piece of bread. Next, gently fold and lay 2 pieces of smoked salmon on the toasts followed by a couple slices of radish and finish with a handful of micro greens.

    Serve and enjoy!
