Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl mix together the oats, almonds, cacao powder, chia seeds, flax seeds and salt.
In a small bowl whisk together the egg whites, maple syrup, oil and vanilla. Pour over the oat mixture and stir together.
Pour onto a baking sheet and spread in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, spin the tray 180 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until crunchy.
Let cool fully before placing in an airtight container.
