Chocolate, Banana and Espresso Smoothie


  • 1 large banana, peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • Drizzle of honey, agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. instant espresso powder
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder


  1. In a blender combine all of the ingredients. Starting the blender on low, slowly mix everything together, finally bumping the speed up to high. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes.

    Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
