In a large bowl combine the cabbage, jalapeno and green onions.
In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, hot sauce, sesame seeds, salt and pepper. Whisk to combine.
Pour dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to meld, stirring occasionally. Check seasoning, adding more salt and pepper if needed.
Garnish with extra sesame seeds.
