Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated English cucumber, about 1/4 of a small cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. dill, finely minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients. Stir to combine and refrigerate until needed. 

    Will keep for 1-2 weeks refrigerated.

    This was really good. I squeezed the water out of the grated cucumber so it didn't water down the sauce like lot of tzatziki sauces I've had. Maybe it's a person preference! This was perfect and fresh!
