In a bowl combine all of the ingredients, minus the strawberries, and mix with a whisk. Let sit for 5 minutes and whisk again.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Whisk before serving, adding a little extra coconut milk beverage if it looks too thick.
Portion out your desired amount and top with the sliced strawberries. Will keep refrigerated for 4-5 days.
