Begin by removing the core from the romaine. Chop into about 2 inch sized chunks so they fit easier into the blender.
In a Vitamix or blender combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. You may need to start and stop the blender to check the consistency. Make sure you let the blender run for about 3-4 minutes to fully break down all of the vegetables and fruit.
Serve immediately.
