Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients
- 1 cup coffee beans
- 6 cups cold filtered water
Directions
- Place the beans in a coffee or spice grinder and pulse a few times to break them down. They should resemble coarse cornmeal with some larger chunks still remaining, not too fine. 
- Pour the grounds into a large pitcher. Pour over the filtered water and stir. 
- Cover and place in the fridge for 12-24 hours. 
- After it has "brewed" for 12-24 hours remove from the fridge. Pour into a clean bowl through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth OR pour through a nut milk bag. 
- Keep in the fridge until needed. To serve pour over ice and add desired flavors and milk or water to thin it out if it’s too strong. - Recipe Courtesy of Megan Mitchell
