Banana and Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
- ¼ cup toasted coconut chips
- 1 ½ cups ice
- ¼ cup vanilla and almond granola
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Starting on low, slowly bring the speed up to high. Blend on high for 3-4 minutes or until all of the ingredients are smooth.
Serve immediately. Recipe can easily be doubled.
