Chocolate, Banana and Espresso Smoothie


  • 1 large banana, peeled
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 1 tbsp. honey, agave or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. instant espresso powder


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a high power blender. Starting the blender on low, then slowly riasing the speed to high blend fo 45-60 seconds until smooth and combined.

  2. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
