Pineapple, Tequila and Chili Lime Popsicles
- Complexity: easy
- 2 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 ounces tequila blanco
- 1/8 tsp. ground chili powder
- pinch of salt
In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more chili powder if you want it spicier.
Pour the pureed mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours.
If you don't have popsicle molds, pour the mixture into paper cups, cover the top with foil and stick a popsicle stick through the foil into the cup. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
