Chocolate, Banana and Espresso Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 large banana, peeled
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 1/2 cups ice
- 1 tbsp. honey, agave or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. instant espresso powder
Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a high power blender. Starting the blender on low, then slowly riasing the speed to high blend fo 45-60 seconds until smooth and combined.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
