Almond Milk Banana Whip

Almond Milk Banana Whip


  • 2 bananas
  • 2-3 tbsp. almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. chopped nuts
  • 3 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract


  1. Slice the bananas into thin slices and place on a cookie sheet in an even layer. Place in the freezer until frozen solid, preferably over night.

  2. In a blender or food processor place the frozen banana slices and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to start and stop the machine a few times and push the bananas down.

  3. Once everything is fully combined and smooth, serve immediately. Top with nuts, chocolate shavings or shredded coconut if desired.
