Almond Milk Banana Whip
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 2-3 tbsp. almond milk, unsweetened
- OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. chopped nuts
- 3 tbsp. cacao powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Slice the bananas into thin slices and place on a cookie sheet in an even layer. Place in the freezer until frozen solid, preferably over night. 
- In a blender or food processor place the frozen banana slices and almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to start and stop the machine a few times and push the bananas down. 
- Once everything is fully combined and smooth, serve immediately. Top with nuts, chocolate shavings or shredded coconut if desired. - Recipe Courtesy of Megan Mitchell
