Cacao Almond Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats, gluten free
- 1 cup roughly chopped raw almonds
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. 
- In a large bowl mix together the oats, almonds, cacao powder, chia seeds, flax seeds and salt. 
- In a small bowl whisk together the egg whites, maple syrup, oil and vanilla. Pour over the oat mixture and stir together. 
- Pour onto a baking sheet and spread in an even layer. Bake for 20 minutes, spin the tray 180 degrees and bake for another 15-20 minutes or until crunchy.
