No Soak Rosemary White Beans

Ingredients
- 5 cups of water
- 1 pound dried great northern beans, picked through
- 3 bay leaves
- 3 tbsp. chopped rosemary
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, high quality
- 2 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 1 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into the inner pot of your electric pressure cooker and stir together.
- Close the lid, lock and set the steam valve to sealing.
- Hit the High Pressure or Beans button and cook on high for 1 hour. Once done, hit cancel and let it NPR.
- Unlock the lid, remove the bay leaves and stir together. Some of the beans will start to break down while others stay whole making for a creamy, thick sauce. If it looks too thick add a little water. Taste for seasoning, adding more salt or pepper if needed. - Recipe Courtesy of Megan Mitchell
