Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing

Spicy Cashew Butter Dressing


  • 1/2 cup creamy cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves and stems
  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 garlic clove


  1. To a high power blender, such as a Vitamix, add everything and blend on high for 30 seconds.

  2. Taste for seasoning. If it looks too thick add 1-2 more tbsp. of water.

    Will keep in an airtight jar in the fridge for 5-7 days.
