Avocado and Herb Mayo

Ingredients
- 7-8 large basil leaves
- 2 sprigs oregano, leaves removed
- 2 green onions, roughly chopped
- 1/2 large Hass avocado
- 1/2 large lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 tbsp. flat leaf parsley leaves
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill fronds
- 1 tsp. kosher salt, plus more for taste
- 1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper, plus more for taste
Directions
- In a small food processor or blender combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. - Taste for seasoning, adding more lemon juice, salt or pepper if needed. - Recipe Courtesy of Megan Mitchell
