In a large bowl combine the cabbage, green onions and jalapeno. Toss together.
In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, hot sauce, salt and pepper.
Pour dressing over the slaw and toss to combine. Let sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Stir occasionally and check for seasoning, adding more salt and pepper if needed.
To serve, place into a shallow bowl and garnish with extra sesame seeds.
Will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days.
