Pineapple Bourbon Sour

Ingredients
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1.5 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- .5 ounces maple syrup
- Ice
- Dried pineapple slice
Directions
To a cocktail shaker add the bourbon, pineapple juice, lemon juice, egg white, maple syrup and 1/4 cup ice. Vigorously shake for 20 seconds.
Add 1 large round or square ice cube to a short glass and strain in the cocktail. Garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
