Blueberry and Granola Smoothie

Blueberry and Granola Smoothie


  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup banana nut granola, gluten-free
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon


  1. In a high power blender add the banana, blueberries, 1/2 cup almond milk, ice, granola, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon. 

  2. Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. If it looks too thick add the remaining 1/4 cup of almond milk.
