Spicy sriracha sauce is mixed with butter, honey and rice wine vinegar to make a sweetly spicy and tangy sauce. Slathered on grilled chicken thighs and finished off with fresh herbs, this is the opposite of bland chicken.
This salad makes good use of rotisserie chicken. Toss with cabbage, bell pepper, cilantro and green onion and pour over a super simple creamy almond butter, sriracha and lime dressing.
