Banana and Coconut Smoothie

Banana and Coconut Smoothie


  • 1 large banana
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage
  • ¼ cup toasted coconut chips
  • 1 ½ cups ice
  • ¼ cup vanilla and almond granola


  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Starting on low, slowly bring the speed up to high. Blend on high for 3-4 minutes or until all of the ingredients are smooth.

  2. Serve immediately. Recipe can easily be doubled.
