Iced Tea Pimms Cup

Iced Tea Pimms Cup

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces Pimms No. 1
  • 1 ounce Pure Leaf Black Tea with Lemon
  • Ice
  • Ginger beer
  • 1 Persian/mini cucumber, peeled into long ribbons
  • 1/2 small lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
  • Mint sprig, for garnish

Directions

  1. To a tall glass add the Pimms and Pure Leaf Black Tea with Lemon. Stir then fill the glass with ice and top off with ginger beer.

  2. Garnish with cucumber ribbons and lemon rounds.

  3. To make for a group: add 2 bottles of Pure Leaf Black Tea with Lemon to a pitcher along with 10 ounces Pimms, cucumbers ribbons and sliced lemons. Stir and let sit for 20 minutes then divided among glasses filled with ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with more cucumber ribbons and lemon rounds.
