Avocado and Herb Mayo

Avocado and Herb Mayo


  • 7-8 large basil leaves
  • 2 sprigs oregano, leaves removed
  • 2 green onions, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 large Hass avocado
  • 1/2 large lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp. flat leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 tbsp. fresh dill fronds
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt, plus more for taste
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper, plus more for taste


  1. In a small food processor or blender combine all of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. 

    Taste for seasoning, adding more lemon juice, salt or pepper if needed.
