Lightly spray a 9x9 high sided baking dish with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper so it overhangs on the sides for easy removal. Spray the parchment as well.
Pour the brown rice crisps into a large bowl.
To a medium sauce pot add the butter. On medium low melt the butter and cook until it begins to smell nutty and you see brown flecks on the bottom, about 3-4 minutes.
Turn the heat down to low and add in the marshmallows. Cook until melted, stirring constantly, about 2-3 minutes.
Pour the melted marshmallows over the brown rice crisps and working quickly, stir together to combine then pour into the prepared baking dish. Lightly spray your hands with cooking spray and evenly press the mixture down into the dish.
Lastly sprinkle the top with the flaked sea salt then let sit for 20 minutes to cool before cutting into squares, makes 9 large or 16 small treats. Keep in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
