Peel and slice the bananas into 1/4 to 1/2-inch thick slices and place on a cookie sheet in an even layer. Place in the freezer until frozen solid, preferably overnight.
In a blender or food processor place the frozen banana slices, coconut milk beverage, peanut butter, cocoa powder and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to start and stop the machine a few times and push the bananas down.
Once everything is fully combined and smooth, serve immediately. Scoop into a bowl and top with toasted coconut, chopped peanuts or whatever you prefer.
