In a medium sized sauce pot combine the chopped chocolate and Biovelle CBD coconut oil. Bring up to heat over low and stir together until melted. Remove from the heat immediately, making sure not to burn the chocolate. Let cool slightly for 10 minutes.
Line a baking sheet with wax or parchment paper.
Using a large spoon or tablespoon scoop up the melted chocolate and pour into 1-2 inch rounds onto the parchment. Start off at 1-inch as they will continue to spread as you top them.
Top with the dried fruit, nuts, coconut flakes, bee pollen and sea salt. You can use whatever are your favorite, the combinations are endless.
Pop in the fridge for 15 minutes or until hardened. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. I like to keep mine in the freezer. Enjoy!
