Pineapple, Tequila and Chili Lime Popsicles

Pineapple, Tequila and Chili Lime Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 2 ounces tequila blanco
  • 1/8 tsp. ground chili powder
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. In a blender combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Add more chili powder if you want it spicier. 

  2. Pour the pureed mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 8 hours.

    If you don't have popsicle molds, pour the mixture into paper cups, cover the top with foil and stick a popsicle stick through the foil into the cup. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
