Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki Sauce


  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated English cucumber, about 1/4 of a small cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. finely minced dill
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper


  1. In a bowl combine all of the ingredients. Stir to combine and taste for seasoning. Refrigerate until needed. 

    Will keep for 10-12 days refrigerated.
