Herbal Tea Fizz

Herbal Tea Fizz


  • 14 ounces Pure Leaf Unsweetened Black Tea
  • 3-4 sprigs mint, plus more for garnish
  • 3 green cardamom pods, cracked open
  • 1 4-inch sprig rosemary, plus more for garnish
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda water


  1. Add the Pure Leaf Black Tea into a small sauce pot along with the mint sprigs, cardamom pods, rosemary and star anise. Bring up to a simmer on medium then remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain and stir in maple syrup.

  2. When ready to serve fill a tall glass with ice and fill 3/4’s with the tea. Top off with soda water and garnish with a mint and rosemary sprig. Drink throughout the day, refilling the glass with ice, tea and soda water as needed.
