Blueberry and Granola Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1/3 cup ice
- 1/4 cup banana nut granola, gluten-free
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
In a high power blender add the banana, blueberries, 1/2 cup almond milk, ice, granola, chia seeds, honey and cinnamon.
Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth and creamy. If it looks too thick add the remaining 1/4 cup of almond milk.
