Watermelon Mint Margarita

Watermelon Mint Margarita


  • 5 cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • Mint sprigs
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh squeezed lime juice
  • Tequila Blanco
  • Ice


  1. To make the watermelon juice place the cubed watermelon into a high power blender. Blend on high for 30 seconds.

    Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a clean bowl. 

  2. To make 1 cocktail add 2 mint sprigs along with 1 tbsp. maple syrup to a cocktail shaker. Muddle with a muddler or wooden spoon for 30 seconds.

  3. Next add in 1/2 cup of watermelon juice, 2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce lime juice and 1/2 cup of ice. Add the lid and shake for 1 minute.

  4. Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a mint sprig.
