Search by recipe name, occasion or ingredient
Begin by shredding the chicken into medium sized chunks with your hands or 2 forks. Place into a large bowl.
To the bowl add in the green onions, diced apple, grapes and walnuts.
In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, mayo, dijon and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk together then pour over the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
Taste for seasoning adding more salt and pepper if needed.
Serve with chips, on top of greens or on a sandwich with watercress and sharp cheddar cheese.
