Pineapple Bourbon Sour

Pineapple Bourbon Sour

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces bourbon
  • 1.5 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 egg white
  • .5 ounces maple syrup
  • Ice
  • Dried pineapple slice

Directions

  1. To a cocktail shaker add the bourbon, pineapple juice, lemon juice, egg white, maple syrup and 1/4 cup ice. Vigorously shake for 20 seconds.

  2. Add 1 large round or square ice cube to a short glass and strain in the cocktail. Garnish with a dried pineapple slice.
